In Screen you choose the output resolution. If you’re not sure, ask what resolution the projector or LED screen runs at, or use 1920×1080, the most common one.
| For | Use |
|---|---|
| Projector or standard screen | 1920×1080 · Full HD |
| LED screen or 4K TV | 3840×2160 · 4K UHD |
| Older projector | 1024×768 or 1440×1080 · 4:3 |
| Totem, rotated screen or stories | 1080×1920 · 9:16 vertical |
| LED screen with an odd size | Custom… (enter the exact pixels) |
Then choose how the material fits when it doesn’t have the same shape as the screen:
The margin leaves some breathing room around the edges, useful on projectors that crop the borders.
| Format | When to use it |
|---|---|
| PNG | To load into the ATEM Media Pool, vMix, OBS or a QLab image cue. You get a ZIP with one numbered PNG per slide. |
| PowerPoint | When the screen runs from a laptop with PowerPoint or Keynote and you want it to advance on its own, on loop. |
| Video | For the foyer screen, a QLab video cue, or a loop in vMix or OBS. You get an H.264 MP4. |
Click Download PNG (ZIP). Unzip it and drag the PNGs into the Media Pool or your software.
Open the file and click Play From Start. Nothing else to touch.
Click Generate MP4 video. It takes a few seconds; no need to wait in real time.
